Not only is he perfect fit be our QB coach and OC because of the offense he ran at Oregon, he is also a perfect fit because (like Shoop) he will not want a guaranteed 3 year contract/job security. He has a 12MM buyout from Oregon and he likely wants to get another head coaching job as soon as he can. So, his motivation is to win and win soon so he can use that to get another HC job. The last thing he wants is a contract that requires him to pay us money if he moves on. Perfect storm for butch.
