OL coach is weak but is friends with BJ, and DeBo has to help in practice.

No real QB coach to help Dobbs after a series or to coach up that position.

DeBo is just an extension of conservative BJ...very little scheming, conservative game plans,
& worst of all no chances taken.
Ex: Dobbs wan't allowed to pass for about 8 plays after int.

Formula for being middle pack SEC.
