If we don't fire him which we won't you have to give him a raise and an extension or it will absolutely kill us in the recruiting game as he becomes a dead man walking. No coach with three years or less on their contract is in a good position. As much as I/We have questioned him we have to get behind him and hope he can do the things we hoped he'd do this year.
