When I get pulled over, as I am driving I pull my wallet out of my pocket and put it on the dash. I put my concealed carry gun in the seat back pocket out of sight. As I stop I roll down the windows so the police can see in. I turn on the interior lights. I open the sun roof and put my hands in the air and wiggle my fingers. I greet him with a smile. And call him sir. Tell him I want him to be comfortable and I will do whatever he wants me to do. Before I make any move like reach in the glove box for my registration and insurance I ask for permission.

That is all well and good. I do much of the same, but it's not the law that you act that way. Furthermore, not acting in that manner is not grounds or justification for a cop killing someone.
Lastly... you are white and middle aged/old. So you really don't have much to worry about.
