its going to be really hard to lure a OC away from another program to come here. 1. No proven OC is going to come here and not be able to run his offense. 2. Most wouldn't want the job if he couldn't have some say so on his assistants 3. Coming to join CBJ staff would be a risky move, knowing how hot the seat would be next year. IMO most likely scenario would be the hire would be in house and look for a good QB coach. Just my thoughts
