How can he see holding if he is behind the guy being blocked and the blocker unless the blocker reaches out which didn't happen? I ask this because I judged taekwondo matches and you can't call a score unless you actually saw contact. You could see the person who was hit with his hands in the air, or at his side and a shot to the middle, but if you were behind him you should not raise the flag for a score because you didn't see the actual contact because you were behind the guy. Just think it's a bad call to call what you think happened.
