House is less than 1 year old. One unit down and one up. Upstairs unit even when completely turned off blows cold air on occasion. Currently it is set to Heat & Auto fan with temp set of 66. Thermostat says it is 68 degrees and it is currently blowing cold air. It’s under warranty and will call but curious why it does that? Been worked on already once when the Thermostat just completely shut off for several days last Spring.
