and I think he can get us where we need to be on that side of the ball. I get the rebuttal to that with the blowouts, but a lot of that is still shouldered by an ineffective offense. I would really like to see CJP just be able to turn things over to a guy like a Briles/Freeze type of person (there was hope that Chaney would be that person, but I haven't seen it with personnel decisions and play calling) and then him just focus on the defense. I think that combination would work. Perhaps I am just overly optimistic....again, I understand the skepticism and I've had a healthy dose of it myself. I just don't want to see another coaching change and therefore I am hoping for some kind of miracle.
