Recruiting is and always will be the biggest factor in success in CFB.. it’s pretty disappointing they we lose a recruit to Vandy, lose out on in-state players, watch auburn’s finish with a worse year, and see Mizzou above us.
I know they keep saying watch the 23 class, and we should.. but we have moved into a position of hoping he improves rather than seeing improvement in recruiting. I will keep that hope, but it doesn’t mean this isn’t disturbing right now. If he does, he could be our coach for a decade. If he doesn’t, year 5 may be his last.
