Larry Scott.. hire a legit QB coach. Send Mahoney with deboard or wherever.. and spend whatever you have to for the best Oline coach you can find . Plus you bring in a new TE coach with assistants going to 10.
It would have to be a legit QB coach IMO and a no BS Oline coach . Do that and I think we would be good to go.. Larry Scott also keeps that continuity..
BUT no matter who is OC.. butch has to let them implement they're offense/new formations..at least a chunk of it. If it's helfrich you just let him run his offense 100% . Larry Scott would allow butch to run his system but I do think he would allow Larry to implement new formations .. run the same offense fine but on 3rd and short or goal to go.. go to the damn I formation and pound the damn ball..develop that with some bootleg plays.. this Oline knows this system well enough now they can add in new stuff.. if I have to watch those slow developing run plays in critical times in the game again I'm gonna lose it lol
