1. If you aren’t coaching, reffing, or running the score board limit your in game participation to cheering your child and his teammates. Otherwise, shut it.

2. Your kid is probably not playing in college. Either way, relax and just enjoy the game. There’s time to figure that out between now (fifth grade) and his or her 18th birthday.

3. Don’t scream in game instructions at your kid. The league requested volunteers to coach and you didn’t sign up. Just let the coach coach

3. Arguing with / berating minimum wage refs taking out time in their day to enable your kid to experience sport is strictly prohibited. Doing so makes you literally a piece of excrement. Whether or not they are doing a good job is beside the point. You didn’t sign up to do it.

BTW, did I mention your kid isn’t playing in college? If he or she has the aptitude to do so, he or she doesn’t need your help from the stands.
