I was sitting at a stop light going north on US 17 a four lane divided highway. I was in the far right lane with the lane beside me empty. This very senior citizen came across the intersection and instead of going straight ahead or turning north, he turned right beside me and starting going the wrong way on a four lane road. People were blowing and waving and the old guy just kept going. I called the NC Highway Patrol to report. Dangest thing I have ever seen. Old fellow should never have been behind the wheel of a car. I took my father's drivers license and car away a year before he died. He just wasn't safe any more. He was some kind of angry with me for several months.
