Is Jeremy Pruitt blackmailing UT?

I just read the article. It sounds like blackmail to me. If it is consider blackmail then that is an awful look for Pruitt. How can he get away with that? Noone will want to hire him after this. Any lawyers on here that can answer this for me? Plus now that the cat is out of the bag i am sure the NCAA will dig their heels deeper into this case and see if they missed anything. So even if we do pay him, chances are that NCAA will investigate more now that Pruitt has said all this stuff.
