He needs rhythm of dropping back and throwing when he hits his last step.

He legit pulls the ball back, pauses to make a super slow read, then tries to rifle it to the WR every time in the shotgun. Absolutely no rhythm.

Even his first throw to Palmer was slow. And that 3rd down pass just now was wide open.
