1) Pruitt has let people know since arriving in Knoxville that if things didn't work out here he could just go back to Alabama & be the DC.
2) There is a potential rift/tension in the staff because of some of them refusing to take a pay cut during the pandemic.
3) Now that Butch's "stars" ( Jennings, Bituli, Warrior) are gone there is a leadership void in the locker room.
4) Offensive recruits (Ty Simpson ect.) are looking at this offense & second guessing about jumping on board.
5) Pruitt is extremely hard to work for & very demanding which is why we are seeing high staff turnover through 3 years.
Yep, all of this is just giving me great confidence that we have our guy & that 2021 is going to be some magical flip the switch year. Where do I sign up for season tickets? *sarcasm*
