final episode. I've literally been saving the last three episodes. So bitter sweet. Especially the speeches in Grant Park when like pretty much everyone in the city I was in that crowd. It was the most together that city ever was and everybody hated Krause and Reinsdorf.

I was at the Cubby Bear, a big bar across the street from Wrigley Field, watching the game with a young woman I was seeing at the time who was in Chicago for the year from Germany. The place was so packed that she had to sit in my lap the whole game. There wasn't really even enough space to stand up and move around. When Jordan hit that stop and pose shot with 5 seconds left and then Stockton missed, the entire north side erupted and poured out into the street.

If any of you have ever been to Mardi Gras where the crowd can at times be so thick that you can get lifted off your feet and moved with the crowd, it was like that. Judy, the German girl, has her arms around my neck and tears are streaming down her face and she says, "why am I so happy, I don't even know anything about basketball". I'll never forget that. But that's how crazy and infectious it was during that time period.

Krause and Reinsdorf suck
