Who would you rather have for four years and why? Please consider raw ability with your answer and any permanent limitations.
Parker has raw athleticism, some of the best in the country. He's explosive going to the basket and collecting rebounds. To reach his ceiling he needs to handle the ball better and become a good ft shooter. His game should be driving to the basket and drawing fouls.
Turner is a decent scorer, nothing flashy. I think in time he will be a reliable player who can occasionally hit the big shot. He is limited athletically so he needs to go to the Chris Lofton school of using your body to create space. His shot is from the waist and will not be consistent unless he changes it imo. He has the potential to be a reliable ft shooter.
I'm going with Parker because of his ceiling and ability to be a difference maker on defense. He needs to understand his role on offense and work at being a slasher who finishes in traffic and gets to the line.
