Coach Scott did a pretty good job as interim coach of the Canes at the end of last year (4-2 record I believe). If I recall, Coach Shoop struggled as the head man of an Ivy League school, but it's hard to recruit at those schools. He's a good recruiter just as Coach Scott is and a very smart defensive guy scheme-wise. He'd have to hire a good offensive coach for that side of the ball. Both are thought of as very good teachers of the game.
Who will land a head coaching job first? Who do you think would be more successful after assembling a staff of assistants?
