Both are extraordinary at what they do both on and off the court/field. Have lost championship games for various reasons most of which are not their fault. Both cerebral type players whose bodies began to diminish which impaired their overall performance.

Both are among the greatest of all time in their respective professions and have been worthy ambassadors for their sport. It is amazing to me to see how critical we are when it comes to the all time greats. They are doing something that we would be lucky to achieve in our own lives. It is called perspective.
