What part of his game would to coach into a young player?

I find Lebron to be the most unique player of all time, followed by Shaq and Magic. Too big for a Guard ,too fast for a big. Open passing lanes, and mis-matches on the glass. Can't coach what he has, and I'm not sure you want to.
