JMO, but I think maybe the players were looking ahead to VT. Add to that, that maybe CBJ spent more time prepping for VT than AS. So they played vanilla on O and base D with the thought that's all they needed to win. If you remember, CBJ helped put the BOB together and knowing the spotlight was going to be extra bright put extra time on the VT gameplan. Anyway, just my theory. If I'm right, hope it pays off.
