And would give some instant credibility and respect, but would have a big concern..I think his downfall was his extreme loyalty to his staff, thus his unwillingness to make some tough decisions before they became a huge problem. Would he have that same issue as AD? I think Hart has done a great job turning lots of things in the right direction, but when the overall athletic program is number 113, and last in SEC in the "pres cup" (I believe that is the right name), then some big changes need to be made ( yesterday).. However, at this point in time he may very well be the best solution. He has maybe 10 years? So would need 5-7 years of stability before doing his replacement.
