Hasn't coached in three years, hasn't been an OC in 7 years (also hasn't been in college in that time). Zero ties to the south so I don't expect much recruiting wise.

I may be totally wrong on this but I just don't see why this guy is even on the list besides the fact that Butch knows him. This hire could have a profound impact on our program and I think we need somebody who can build off what we have done but also provide fresh ideas. Michigan fans can't believe we are even considering him.
