Moving to Nashville

Found out earlier this week that the GF and I are moving to Nashville. I am decently familiar with the good/bad parts of Nashville. Not trying to move downtown - more so the suburbs that’s not too far from downtown with good schools, safe, etc.

Any thoughts/suggestions?
