I've had the priveledge to witness up close and personal the last 3 staffs(Kiff,Dooley,Butch) and the way they've conducted practices, meetings, and ran the ship so to speak. This staff is by far the best ive seen, and if given sufficient time, will be very successful here at TN. They all work well together and seam to genuinely like each other. It's not just just the coaching staff, the support staff and the people CJP has put around him are really good at what they do. I really like the strength and conditioning guys and they are cut from the same cloth as Cochran at Bama. When your trying to change the "culture" there will be hard times and some kids won't like it. Holding the kids accountable for everything they do and this is the standard in which we prepare, practice, and play. This process in which our current team is going through, is a process thats a proven winner. If you don't like to be coached, pushed, and challenged to be better, then you won't make it long. I for one am encouraged by the things I've seen from this staff, and would love for my own son to be coached by this current staff. We have the right men for the job!!
