Just answered an online survey for UTAD about possible renovation issues. Sadly, and probably predictably for a DH run department, most of the questions were about what additional "premium" seats you would like and what you would be willing to pay for them. Somehow, in my almost 60 years of going to games, I don't think types of seating ever would have made my top 10. This really got me thinking about what really makes the "Neyland Experience" and what I would do if I could be czar for a year to further define and enhance our game day experience.
