I have been advised that I need to have a fusion on my spine due to anterolisthesis, L3 is misaligned with L4. Some disc degeneration. Always was of the opinion to avoid back surgery at all cost. But quality of life is being adversely affected and concerned about nerve damage. Would like to hear some first hand experiences. I know there are a lot of other older lifters on here that have probably been through this or had to make the decision. I think this probably was the result of a squat injury over twenty years ago. Would love for there to be some alternate, non-surgical solution. Just starting my research. TIA.
