Ok, we have Direct at our house and love it. We have a camper at a campground and camp seasonally, meaning it is set up and doesn't move all year. I called Direct about putting a satellite up at the campground and I'm pretty sure they're trying to gouge us but my question is this: Is there any reason that I can't acquire a satellite (I have a spare at the house), set it up on a permanent pole, and just bring a receiver from home for the camper? Of course, I'd have to find the satellite signal but once I got it honed in, I should be in business....Anybody work for Direct or have been through this?
