The Florida market is dried up. There is such a shortage of houses that even the crap houses are going for top dollar. I spend a week looking for just one house and can't find any. I also have an Israeli investor looking for houses here and it is just impossible.
I'm thinking about looking in the Nashville area for rehabs. Columbia is my hometown and I frequently go back for visits. I have family there that can keep an eye on the progress of the rehabs.
