Erikson collapsed on the pitch of cardiac arrest. A defibrillator was used within a minute or 2 "resuscitated him back to life" according to the doctor. "He was gone" meaning he was clinically dead before being brought back to life with the first attempt. It was absolutely nerve wrenching watching it so if you're not okay seeing things like that I don't recommend watching the videos out there. It was during the Euro championships so a lot of people were watching.
