I saw a post today about someone having this Amazon Fire stick and how they were able to watch like a movie that just came out this week or something. Of course I'm sure it was jailbroke which I am fine with. but I was wondering just how this works? is this a real option towards removing cable and or dish? are you still be able to watch ALL of the same channels and shows that you find on cable. Big Bang, Walking Dead, how it works, ESPN, HBO, etc...? I read somewhere that said you had to wait until a new show had aired, like if Big Bang airs a new episode next thursday you could watch it AFTER it has aired. correct? what about old episodes? can you also answer these below?
1. Do I have to have Amazon Prime or just an Amazon account? do you login through the TV?
2. How does the sports work? College football games? NFL games? SEC network?
3. What channels come on this? or do you just use it for movies like netflix?
4. How do you get PPV channels? its not really PPV right? they are just there to watch but not live right?
5. Do you get local channels? CBS, NBC, ABC, FOX
6. this is not a cable replacement right?
