He needs to overhaul his staff badly, but no decent coaches are going to jump onto a sinking ship... and after Arky, there's no question that this ship is sinking. So he's lost his chance here. It's a downward spiral. Coaches get worse not better. Recruiting gets worse not better. Maybe with a fresh start someplace else...
