So I have a friend in the Netherlands who is on Disney+ and says he loves it, which has made me think about cord cutting again when that becomes available here.
The two things that have stopped me from dumping Comcast are laziness and the DVR. I only do one thing with my cable, and that is record UT football and basketball games and then stream them to my laptop. My wife and kids watch a little television, but I never do. It's all recorded UT sports for me.
So after talking to my friend this morning I went to Amazon to look at DVR's, and the only thing I can find are DVR's to record shows coming in from an HD antenna. That's not going to work.
Seems like there has to me something else, some way of recording from all the new streaming services that have popped up. What do you cord cutters use to record shows with?
