I have seen people on here talking about how Phil was too loyal to his buddies and would not let coaches go that should have been let go. So my question is if that was the case with Phil, does he have the shark like business instincts to make coaching moves as the AD? Would he drag out the firing of a coach because he has a good relationship with them?
