Short workout this morning with today as one of their few two-a-day workouts. This morning focused a great deal on special teams and tonight will be a closed scrimmage.

In some individual work Shy Tuttle continues to do a little more. He's moving some better. Still a long way to go, but he is on track with the plan right now.

Several guys are beat and banged up. Jones will meet the media after practice and will hopefully clarify some of the bumps and bruises.

As Austin noted in his observations, Darin Kirkland, Jr. continues to emerge as an on the field leader. He's very vocal and demanding. With Kirkland, Sutton, JRM and Barnett, the defensive side of the ball has some strong leaders.

Offensively, just some early individual work in shorts and shoulder pads as they obviously gear up for some scrimmage work tonight.
