running backs cant lead with their helmet any more into a defenders helmet

will be same penalty as if a defender lowered his head to create helmet to helmet contact


we have seen it for years where running backs used their helmet as a weapon into a defender.....it they initiate contact into the helmet the penalty is now going to be on the offensive player......we remember jalen hurd doing this a couple of years back
