Promote Azzani to OC and he can still work with the WR group as well.

Promote Thig to recruiting coordinator.

Promote Nick Sheridan to QB coach.

Find the next up and coming young coach to be a GA to help Azzani with the WR group.

This way Azzani and Thig both get the raises they deserve and we get to promote one of the next great young minds to a full time position on our staff.
