That was my first thought when I heard this. He's wanted an OC job basically since he's been here and finally our own OC job opens up and he isn't really even considered (while we hire a guy in-house who's been here for only a year). I'm sure he felt butthurt, and I doubt Butch really saw this coming. Good for Z, though. It seems like once a coach enters the NFL coaching fraternity, they get promoted rapidly and they're in for as long as they want to be after that despite results.
