Some quick notes following Tennessee's win over Alabama tonight to even up the series — which sounds like it'll prove to be a costly win.

On Chase Dollander who left in the first inning after being hit in the elbow by a line drive, the fear is that he has a fractured elbow. He's gone for an MRI to get the final word, but there is concern there.

On Camden Sewell who was also hit by a line drive in the foot: he was in a boot following the game and is dealing with a deep bone bruise on his heel and back of his lower leg.

The talk around Tony Vitello's suspension is that it could be up to 3-5 games. A final decision has not been made and will come down officially in the morning from the SEC, but talk is that it could be for multiple games.

Frank Anderson will be suspended for Sunday's finale because when an assistant coach is ejected it results in an automatic one-game suspension.

Multiple people have indicated that Anderson got mad because he thought Alabama coaches were tipping off Alabama hitters, and stealing signs. And then when Chase Dollander took a line drive as a result of Alabama allegedly stealing signs, it sent Anderson over the top.

Edit to add this: And Tennessee did file a complaint Saturday morning on the umpire from Friday night, who from what I've heard, missed 57 balls/strikes.
