Heard on Sports Talk that he has really impressed so far, that he was getting all his reads and coverages correct. Sounds like a great start. They also mentioned that Milton was described as being a great teammate. I think they just meant that he wasn't leaving just because he wasn't starting.
According to this article in the Washington Post, the QB is the least injury prone player on the team (I don't think they looked at kickers/punters), but they still get injured (in the NFL) once every 236 plays, and they are likely the hardest position to replace, so it's good to hear good things about our backups.
As a related FYI, here's an article about a study that said that the quarterbacks who run the most are not injured the most. But that doesn't really make sense, and I'm not sure I'm fully on board with that one.
