First of all, I love watching Tennessee football right now, and I haven’t been able to say that in a long time.
That having been said, last night a KY offense that prides itself on ball control and not speed ran nearly 100 plays against the TN defense. Tennessee will get more talent on this team, and will eventually be ready to compete for the division/league, but does this style of play put a ceiling on Tennessee’s long term success?
To be clear, I don’t know the answer, just wanted to get the thoughts of the board.
