Tennessee Moonshine

What is the best place to buy moonshine that is not so commercialized? We are staying in Gatlinburg soon. We enjoy the Ole Smoky and the Ole Forge Distillery brands. We can get Ole Smoky and Sugarlands Shine here in Florida. So there isn't anything "Mountain Moonshine" about it.

I assume I'm not just going to find a guy in the woods making "real moonshine."
