Team does not have quality leadership from upperclassmen, it has little to nothing to do with the staff. The staff put the wrong guys in a position of leadership and the team can't/won't follow them. The only thing that saved last season was the seniors stepping up and being true leaders, this team has none. Even worse, it looks like they have guys that are posing as "leaders" in the locker room.
