I would like why specifically he said That you did not like:
1) how he approached hires at UTC as a new AD....which have been a resounding success
2) how he approached improving the department at UTC......resounding success again
3) how much importance he puts in surrounding yourself with great people and actually listening to their opinions?
4) how much he loves this University but is very greatful for everything UTC has provided for him?
5) how much he credits everyone else for his success with no mention of himself?
6) how valuable he thinks it will be for the UT AD to be a UT guy and how every big school has its own culture and identity and having UT people helps maintain that history and culture and builds cohesion in the fan base, university, etc.
Yet to hear any examples of people saying what he said that they didn't like....just a bunch of nonsense about not speaking perfectly enough for them
