Just looking at our defensive side of the ball it's quick to see TK is our most experienced defensive player heading into next season. He also plays a position we happen to have some depth. Have the coaches ever thought of moving TK to a LB spot? The man is clearly smart as hell, and is exactly who I would want calling our plays for defense on the field. Not to mention I kind of think he has the body for it. Maybe be a Jabril Peppers (hybrid safety/LB) type player for us. We all know he has a knack for the ball, so moving him closer could allow him to make a few more plays. Plus, if I'm being honest I think he is a step slow for the S position on the field. He's played great, but speed is not one of his greatest assets. This move would allow us to have Warrior/Abernathy combo at S, while still keeping our most experienced defensive guy to stay on the field. I'm just trying to think of ways to get our best 11 players on the field on defense, and I do believe Warrior will be firmly in the top 11 this year. Just some food for thought, and this isn't a slight at TK. Kid has played great. I'm just trying to figure out a way to get our best 11 on the field next year. If anyone else has any outta the norm suggestions or thoughts for our D I'd love to hear the ideas. Go Vols
