Vanderbilt Punching Holes in the D

I really could not believe how huge some of the holes were on run plays. Defensive tackles just went where ever the line pushed them to. How many times did all of the linebackers shrink into the middle of the defense only to get blocked and the running back bounce outside for a big gain. Then how many times did a blitz actually cause a tackle for loss? Most times it just left another gapping hole for Vandy to expose. The last three performances were really putrid, and it is a shame because our offense was playing well.
