It is remarkable how bad. Undisciplined. Horrible football IQ. Our senior QB takes a 10+ yard sack on 4th and 2. A veteran LB touches a dead punt on the one foot line. Our head coach is the worst at time management in the country. Wastes 2 timeouts before half-time.
Butch Jones is a great recruiter, but I'm convinced he is in over his head as a head coach at this level and his OC is worse. Our WRs never live up to their abilities and the OL is even worse. Chance Hall was better as a true frosh.
Will we lose this game? Probably not. We have so much more talent than SC. I remember so many games where we hung close in the 1st half when Kiffin and Dooley were here, but that usually doesn't last past a half. But no matter how many times our talent bails us out in the 2nd half, their is no longer any doubt after almost 4 years about the coaching.
And I hate coming to this realization. The last thing we need is another coaching change. We just need to get used to being a top 20 team, but not a contender.
