What I think the new OC will look like

He will be someone who has a zone read pedigree who will place an emphasize on the run game utilizing Dobbs ability to make plays with his feet more than with his arm.. I also think two hires will be made...an OC and OB coach....the QB coach will have a background in QB development as the Vols have several young QBs on campus and be the pitch man for the position during recruiting.....
