Tee may not "be ready" just yet and would have to do some on the job training but he would for damn sure do two very important things right out of the gate: Unite the fan base and recruit his ass off. Bring in Steele as DC with all his SEC experience and the same type hire as OC and let's roll.
By all accounts Tee is a universally respected coach with a magnetic personality. How could someone like that not be better than the three sociopaths that preceded him.
