for business published/announced yesterday,appears to me that all Southern States except Louisianna and perhaps Georgia meet the criteria to be in phase 2 or even 3 ( total opening ) .That means to me that the Governors can partially or totally open for business which could also mean that schools could reopen for business.....at least they could reopen for athletes which would be a very manageable option even if only on line courses are available they could be on campus,train and even practice.It will be interesting to me to see which Governors are aggressive in opening up their states and what effect that has with NCAA and pro sports .
